Vincent is a Hong Kong native with a bachelor degree from Harvard University. After school, Vincent worked as an investment banker in M&A at Credit Suisse in New York. He decided that a career in finance was not all he wanted and subsequently became a Kitchen Server at Eleven Madison Park. He spent the next four years working as Project Manager and Director of Business Development for Make it Nice Hospitality and was responsible for planning and executing the growth of the company behind Eleven Madison Park, NoMad, Made Nice, and a few more unannounced projects. He returned to Shanghai in 2017 to be closer to family.
