EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef Ben is our Executive Research Chef and specializing in the creation of fresh and innovative food solutions, and provides support and guidance on restaurant operation. With a focus on seasonal, local food, he combines Chinese food with American culture and develops a customized menu for restaurants based on their specialties and branding.
Before joining GBM in 2019, he worked as Executive Chef in DaDong and Sous Chef in Hakkasan. He worked directly with food manufacturing companies, food service distributor, aligning precast design, and sales teams.
