QIYUN GAO

R&D DIRECTOR/HEAD OF CHINA LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT

With over 15 years of catering experience, Gao specializes in Sichuan and Chongqing and Chongqing cuisine. he joined GBM in 2019 as senior research chef. He is responsible for product development, optimizing, and standardizing the preparation and cooking process for restaurants.

In 2012, he was awarded Master from Chongqing Noodle Association. He traveled globally to assist many restaurants to adjust and upgrade their products, like Japan, Spain, the Philippines, the United States, and other countries.
