Vivian has nearly 10 years  experience in cross-border investment, private equity investment, venture capital, real estate, and operation management. Vivian is the legal affairs director at GBM, responsible for the legal documents and communication with law firms.

Prior to joining GBM, she raised several private equity funds and FOF funds, responsible for performance analysis and investigation. She also served a role as fundamental analysis and valuation of the portfolio company for acquisition, including Chinese insurance companies, social network platform companies, etc..
